All tube, flat bar and flat steel are scale free picked and oiled material for minimal corrosion. All Backrack products are powder coded in our factory using our state of the art powder coat line. The five stage pre treatment process prepares a flawless surface on which to apply the powder. Our rigidity controlled automatic application equipment provides a smooch and consistent application powder for a durable, consistent and archive finish.
